Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
THAWING AND PREPARATION:
- For best results, thaw tuna and rice squares, in package, in refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, thaw in cold water for 1 hour.
- Thaw spicy dressing pouch in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – RICE SQUARES ONLY
AIR FRYER:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pieces in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook 4 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
MICROWAVE:
NOTE:
TO SERVE:
- Top heated rice square with thawed tuna and spicy dressing.
- Serve immediately.
