A: No, the store will be required to keep the scratch card. We appreciate your understanding!

A: Once the Meal Advisor selects and scratches your card, they will then apply it to your current transaction.

Q: Can I save my scratch card for a future visit?

A: No, scratch card prizes cannot be used or saved for a future visit.

Q: Can I give my scratch card to another guest or someone who came with me?

A: No, each member will receive their own scratch card with their purchase. Only one scratch card is redeemable per customer per day. Scratch cards cannot be shared.

Q: If someone else gives me a scratch card, can I use it?

A: No, the Meal Advisor will select and scratch the card during your transaction revealing your unique prize. If you have obtained a scratch card in any other way, it will not be accepted.

Q: What if I don’t like my prize?

A: We understand preferences may differ, but prizes are not guaranteed. Regrettably, we're unable to offer additional scratch cards in such instances. Scratch cards cannot be shared between customers.

Q: Can I take advantage of multiple scratch cards if I make multiple transactions in one visit?

A: No, only one scratch card will be given per customer per day. We appreciate the enthusiasm though! You’re welcome to return another day for another chance to win!

Q: What if my purchase doesn’t reach the required $50.00 before taxes? Will I still get a scratch card?

A: If your purchase doesn’t meet the required spend amount of $50.00 before taxes, you will not receive a scratch and win card. You’re welcome to find additional products to meet the required spend!

Q: Can I participate in this scratch and win promotion if I have placed an online order (delivery, curbside, or paid/unpaid in-store pick up)?

A: Online orders which include Delivery, Curbside pick up, and paid/unpaid in-store pick up aren't eligible for this scratch and win promotion. However, from April 25, 2024, to May 1, 2024 we are running an exclusive online offer for $10 off $99 online orders.

Q: What if the store runs out of scratch cards during the promotion?
