Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging, including plastic tray.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on high. 
  2. Arrange peppers cut side up on grilling pan and place on to top rack of barbecue. 
  3. Cook 15 to 17 minutes, or until done. 
  4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220 °C). 
  2. Arrange peppers cut side up on baking sheet and position in the centre of the oven 
  3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. 
  4. Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange peppers cut side up in single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
