Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

DEFROSTING:

  1. Defrost product, in package, overnight in refrigerator or in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove packaging prior to cooking.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place tenderloin on foil lined roasting pan and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 50 to 60 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-low heat. Lightly oil grill.
  2. Grill tenderloin for 40 to 50 minutes or until heated through. Turn frequently to cook all sides.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
