Cooking Instructions

Position oven rack one level above centre.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) Remove carton and plastic film.
Place tray on baking sheet and position on oven rack.
Cook 60 to 65 minutes.
Do NOT overcook.

Remove carton and lift one corner of plastic film.
Heat on medium-high 15 minutes then on high 6 to 7 minutes.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since, appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

These are great but the cooking instructions are far from right - cooked at 385 for 1.5 hrs and still cold so it’s a trial and error !

Don't Waste Your Money

OVERALL: Absolutely Disgusting!!! Look was Not Appealing. Complete Waste of my Money.LIKED: Real Potatoes used, Fills the Stomach. DISLIKED: Minimal Flavour, Too Much Liquid, No Cheese used.

I put two of the products together and still didn’t feed five of us. It shrunk to almost nothing.

Good flavour but are the oven cooking instructions accurate?

Loved the flavour of these scalloped potatoes. I wasn't sure if I got a bad batch as the sauce was very soupy after baking it in the oven at slightly higher than the recommended temperature for the maximum recommended time. It's almost like more cooking time was needed - are the oven cooking instructions on the box accurate?

Tasteless, not worth the price

I had high hopes for this as the reviews looked great, but the potatoes were tasteless. I don’t expect much from a boxed side dish, but it was mushy potatoes in what felt like a corn starch/flour paste. I’m not sure if maybe the batch I had was a botched recipe, but I’m very reluctant to try it again.

A delicious side dish for any occasion

Quite Good - But…

We enjoyed them - had no time to make them from scratch so threw them in the oven with a touch more shredded cheese on the top. They did end up sitting after they were done - staying warm in the oven. I didn’t find them soupy or sloppy (maybe cause they sat in the warm oven for a bit) but they were a bit mushy and a little too soft. (Thus the 4 stars) Next time I will get them out of the oven quicker. Will purchase again, but only if they are on sale!

Very good, but there is a "but"

If you like scalloped potatoes these ones are really delicious. I did them the oven method and they didn't brown up like the picture shows though. I rated it as a 4 star because not all the potatoes are fully cooked so you'd come across hard ones while eating them..

I followed the cooking instructions to a T and they came out very watery and were quite tasteless. I will not buy them again. So disappointing. I will go back to buying the Supermarket ones which are creamy and tasty.

Christmas Dinner Failure

The potatoes were very pale and bland. Were the potatoes pan fried as stated? Our two trays were extremely watery.. Looked like skim milk, not creme and no sign of any cheddar cheese. We should have tried them first before serving them to our Christmas guests.
