Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
DEFROSTING:
- Defrost turkey breast in refrigerator for 24 hours until fully thawed. Alternatively, thaw in cold water for 2 hours.
- Remove packaging. Breast and tender pieces may separate. Simply stack the pieces back together before cooking.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place turkey breast on baking tray.
- Cook in centre of oven 50 to 55 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place turkey breast with pouch on baking tray and cut 2 small slits on top of pouch.
- Cook in centre of oven 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Let stand 5 to 10 before serving.
