Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread mini-skewers in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 9 to 11 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Serve immediately.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Spread mini-skewers in single layer on grill.
  3. Barbecue 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Serve immediately.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Arrange mini-skewers on a microwave-safe plate in spoke fashion, blunted ends toward centre and pointed tips toward edge of plate.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Heat on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for 4 mini-skewers; 2 1/2 to 3 minutes for 10; and 5 1/2 to 6 minutes for 20.
  4. Remove plastic wrap and allow steam to escape.
  5. Serve immediately.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread mini-skewers in single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Serve immediately.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Delicious (Real) Thai Chicken

Product of Thailand? really? How long ago was this chicken that I ate actually alive? Luckily, I noticed that this dish has been certified as halal by the "Central Islamic Council of Thailand". So, although these chickens may have been hatched before my youngest child was born, I feel much better about consuming it. Thank you, M&M Meats!

Great for kid's lunch

My son takes these to school in a thermos. We air fry for 12 minutes and done! Super easy and he says it's his favourite lunch. Often on sale too.

Not the best thing I’ve tried at M&M’s. in my opinion they were a little dry. But thankfully I picked up some Thai sweet and spicy sauce as well and used that on the skewers and it made a big difference!

Great flavour and value

I don't usually buy pre-made stuff like this, I prefer to make my own. After trying these the first time I've completely changed my mind. These are great and very easy to make. I've bought them 3 times now and keep some in the freezer for when I need a quick meal. Only downside is they're very addictive lol
