Asian Pasta Salad

Asian Pasta Salad


  • 3 tbsp (44 mL) each, rice wine vinegar, light soy sauce
  • 3 tsp (15 mL) each, minced fresh ginger root, sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 cups (500 mL) M&M Vegetable Supreme, cooked
  • 4 cups (1 L) Rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) each, sliced green onion, chopped cilantro
  • 3 M&M Boneless Chicken Breasts, Seasoned & Skinless
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chopped dry-roasted peanuts


In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, ginger root, sesame oil and garlic. Whisk in oil; set aside.

In a large bowl, place Rotini pasta and M&M Vegetable Supreme. Add onion and cilantro.

Cook M&M Boneless Chicken Breasts, Seasoned & Skinless according to package directions. Cut into strips and add to other ingredients.

Add dressing and toss to coat well. Top with peanuts just before serving.

Salad should be served at room temperature (may also be warmed).
