Caramel Apple Tiramisu Cups

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 scoops M&M Salted Caramel Ripple® Premium Ice Cream
  • 1 cup old fashioned apple juice
  • 2 pkgs ladyfingers (8 to 12 per cup)
  • 4 dessert or sundae cups


Dice apples into very small cubes. Cook in butter until soft, then set aside to cool.

Scoop 8 portions of ice cream and leave to soften in a bowl.

Pour apple juice into a baking pan. Dip each ladyfinger in apple juice and arrange to cover the sides of the dessert cup lengthwise, to just above rim (not too high over the cup). Tear a piece off if the ladyfinger is too long and use for bottom of other cups.

Add a tablespoon of cooked apples to each cup.

Add a scoop of ice cream and a few pieces of dipped ladyfingers to each cup.

Add a second scoop of ice cream and a generous tablespoon of cooked apples to each cup.

Serve immediately.
