Delicious sausage for every day snacking.

I have been buying the dry cured sausage for several months, we enjoy it in very thin slices. The packaging comes off then there is a casing on the sausage you can remove before Slicing. Delicious snack, serve with nice cheese and crackers. My dog loves a thin slice for a treat lol
