Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
- For best results, thaw salmon in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw salmon in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove packaging prior to cooking.
- Pat dry and lightly oil salmon.
AIR FRYER:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place salmon in air fryer and cook 12 to 14 minutes. Turn salmon to crisp bacon evenly.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place salmon on parchment lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook for 16 to 18 minutes, Turn salmon halfway through cook time to crisp bacon evenly.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
