Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place pieces on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Turn once.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. Grill 12 minutes per side, or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Turn frequently to prevent burning.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place one portion on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Heat on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Turn.
  3. Heat on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat lightly oiled non-stick fry pan to medium heat (325°F/165°C).
  2. Fry pieces 14 to 16 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Turn once.

AIR FRYER:

Works well with air fryers. Refer to your unit’s instruction manual.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
