Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

  1. For best results, thaw product, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove all packaging prior to cooking.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on high 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Place ribs on grill.
  3. Barbecue 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Turn occasionally.
  4. To avoid burning, keep bone side of ribs facing down for two-thirds of heating time.
  5. Baste with your favourite sauce, as desired.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once.
  4. Baste with your favourite sauce, as desired.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
