Love these chicken kabobs. Have made them several times. Good on bbq

Oven prepared-Disappointing texture
These were unfortunately a disappointment when cooked in oven. The chicken had that ‘rubbery / fatty’ type texture that is just not edible. Maybe on the grill with open flame where it can get much crispier it may have been tolerable but i left my two skewers uneaten as it was not worth tolerating the unappealing texture.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven broiler element on high.
- Place kabob on broiler pan in centre of oven.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. Turn once.
