This is a good alternative to plain rice and when topped with butter is much better. The carrots are a little large and do not cook with the same time as the other vegetables and are often cold to taste.

Yuck and a rip off
This was not only very unappealing (Cooked rice should not be frozen was a rule I was always told), but also terrible value. Rice is so cheap and easy to make, and you can get five times the amount of frozen veg for a few bucks. So easy to do this yourself and the texture wont be revolting.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): (for best results)
- Do not pierce or perforate bag.
- Place bag on microwave safe dish, seam side up.
- Heat on high 5 minutes.
- Let stand 30 seconds. CAUTION: Bag will be hot.
- Carefully remove bag from microwave, holding edges.
- Open bag and transfer contents into dish.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
FRY PAN:
- Heat 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil in fry pan or wok.
- Add desired amount of Rice & Vegetable Medley.
- Cook on medium-high, stirring continuously, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
