Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place entire contents in oven-proof baking dish.
  3. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in 1 cup (250 mL) of your favourite sauce, coating all surfaces.
  5. Cover dish, replace in centre of oven and cook 25 minutes.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat fry pan on medium heat (or electric fry pan to 300°F/150°C).
  2. Add entire contents and 1/2 cup (125 mL) water.
  3. Cook, covered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of your favourite sauce, coating all surfaces. Recover.
  5. Cook 5 minutes.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Place entire contents in microwave-safe dish.
  2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of your favourite sauce, coating all surfaces.
  3. Cover and heat on high 8 minutes. Stir meatballs and heat on high 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let stand, covered, 1 minute before serving.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
