PREPARE FROM FROZEN. Remove all packaging, including tray.
OVEN (for flakier crust): Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place quiche on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. Cook 21 to 23 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS) (for softer pastry): Place quiche on microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel. Heat on high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
