Bacon wrapped filet mignon
I am usually pleased with the quality of M and M products. However when I barbecued four of their bacon wrapped filet mignons (to medium doneness), the result were incredibly tough pieces of meat that I was forced to throw in the garbage largely uneaten. I will never purchase them again and advise everyone to AVOID BUYING THEM.

Using a counter top multifunction air fryer combo, from frozen, to table is about 15 minutes and they were exactly what we expected.

honest review
it is a bit bland, meat was cooked via instructions, ended up medium-well. some parts were tender but mostly tough. For it's price, I think it's okay. It kind of deformed & shrunk after cooking. All in All, i would say, Try it.

I agree with the previous reviews. This meat is very tough when cooked. For Christmas I cooked it under the grill as recommended. What a disappointment. I do not think it is filet mignon. Do not buy!

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
THAWING AND PREPARATION:
- For best results, thaw steaks, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove all packaging. Wipe steaks with paper towel.
- Lightly oil and spice steaks (as desired).
OVEN:
- Preheat oven broiler element on high.
- Place steaks on broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from element.
- Broil, 6 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
- Remove from oven. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.
