Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). 
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Heat 15 to 20 minutes. Turn once.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium. Brush grill with oil. 
  2. Barbecue pieces 10 to 12 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. 
  3. Turn occasionally.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer at 350°F (180°C). 
  2. Arrange pieces in air fryer. 
  3. Heat 12 to 14 minutes, separating the pieces while cooking and turning as needed.

MICROWAVE:

  1. Defrost pieces on defrost setting. 
  2. Heat on high 2 1/2 minutes (2 cutlettes). 
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
