Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
THAWING AND PREPARATION:
- For best results, thaw pork chops, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw pork chops in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove all packaging.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
- Place pork chops on baking sheet in centre of oven.
- Heat 8 to 10 minutes, basting with sauce for the last 2 minutes.
STOVE TOP:
- Heat a skillet with 2 tsp of vegetable oil on medium-high.
- Fry pork chops 5 to 6 minutes, turning once, basting with sauce for last 30 seconds.
MICROWAVE:
- Place pork chops on a microwave safe plate, cover loosely.
- Heat on high for 3 minutes.
- Baste with sauce.
- Heat for 20 more seconds.
