Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
- For best results, thaw salmon, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw salmon in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove packaging prior to cooking.
OVEN: (for best results)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place salmon on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving
FRY PAN:
- Preheat fry pan to medium.
- Place salmon in pan and fry, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Turn once.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
