This salmon Wellington is a favourite of mine. It's easy to cook a healthy meal by just adding some vegetables. The pastry is flaky and the creamy sauce on the salmon makes it taste decadent.

My husband, who is not a picky eater, didn’t care for it at all. He couldn’t finish it. He said it didn’t taste like real salmon. It tasted too mushy. I ate mine but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
OVEN: (for best results)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Remove all packaging.
- Place product on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until pastry turns golden brown.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
